Buckwheat Fagopyrum esculentum

Buckwheat is a multi-purpose grain which has been used for hundreds of years. It is very sensitive to cold and easily killed by frost. Buckwheat also is very adapted to a wide range of soils.

We sell Mancan and common buckwheat. Manchan is known for its larger leaves and stems. It is also very vigorous.
