Seed movement is intense with tight supplies and strong pricing across key Willamette Valley crops. Turfgrass field‑day findings highlight emerging tools, pests, and practices shaping how breeders and managers evaluate modern turf.

Harvest conditions are excellent, but yields are mixed—orchardgrass is notably low and tall fescue pricing remains unstable. In other news, we are increasing availability of our newest tetraploid annual ryegrass, EarlyBoss—an earlier-maturing variety delivering high-quality forage.
