Greenspan is a new release for 2021. It is the result of a breeding selection from a range of top performing tall fescues, capitalizing on numerous variety strengths, including turf density, rich green color, finer leaf texture, and disease resistance.

Greenspan should perform very well in most regions adapted to tall fescue. Early data shows excellent performance in temperate climates with minimal summer heat and humidity. While Greenspan has exhibited some resistance to brown patch, it is best used in conjunction with other more resistant cultivars in areas susceptible to extensive brown patch.
