Under most situations, this special formula will rely heavily on the excellent tall fescue components, like Titan Ltd. tall fescue. This formula will be able to access water and nutrients at a deep level and be able to take the pressures of sun, shade, and heat, while still looking great.

The Kentucky bluegrass component adds additional rhizome activity to provide a quicker recovery under athletic field applications or other wear situations. Additionally, sod producers will appreciate increased tensile strength.

This blend is specially formulated with at least 25% Titan Ltd., and combined with only approved varieties, specifically selected to enhance and compliment the performance of Titan Ltd. These varieties include our popular Hudson, Rendition, Covenant, and Kittyhawk 2000. Additionally, T.L.C. Plus! Tall Fescue-Bluegrass Mixture includes one or more Kentucky Bluegrasses. Each formula is designed for specific applications. In selected regions, this includes heat-tolerant Kentucky Bluegrasses, like Thermal Blue.
